A special 19” Rack sub-frame which allows interchangeable faceplates to be fitted quickly without the need for tooling. It was also important to provide cable strain relief both front and back.

In most modern centralised data systems, positive air flow must be maintained through equipment rooms in order to ensure reliable services. In some cases protrusions of cables through floor/roof cavities can reduce the effectiveness of the air flow. We were asked to provide a solution to this problem that could be retro-fitted to an existing installation.

A client required a housing to provide a robust enclosure for sensitive internal electronics and also to present an esthetically pleasing end-product. The housing was produced as an injection moulded plastic part.
